2013 Annual Meeting

The 2013 Annual QNJPI meeting was held in Montreal on Friday September 13, 2013. More than 50 students came to Montreal from all over Quebec to connect with their peers and talk pain. Students presented their current research either as an oral presentation or during a very interactive poster session. While all topics related to pain were discussed, we chose to focus on brainstorming the ethical issues and controversies that arise in basic and clinical pain research. Thank you to all of the participants for making this day such a great success!

Congratulations to Elora Midavaine, a student working with Dr. Philippe Sarret at l'Université de Sherbrooke, for winning best poster presentation at the 2013 annual meeting.
