Mission

The QNJPI mission is to create a forum for trainees studying in Quebec to foster research collaborations across different areas of expertise by facilitating communication among trainees. By accomplishing these goals, the QNJPI aims to empower aspiring investigators and help them conduct the best possible research, regardless of the resources available in their laboratories. A further aim of the QNJPI is to establish a platform for communication between trainees and industrial/ academic institutions. To date, the QNJPI membership has increased quickly and has received valuable support and encouragement from both member universities and private industry.

 

Means of achieving the QNJPI Mission:

ESTABLISH COLLABORATIVE NETWORKS for trainees across different areas of expertise.

EMPOWER AND INSPIRE trainees to do the best science possible, regardless of the resources available in their laboratories.

PROVIDE INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES to trainees through the creative use of peer-to-peer teaching/learning methods

ESTABLISH A PLATFORM FOR COMMUNICATION between trainees and industrial/academic institutions.

ENHANCE CREATIVITY of trainees through interaction with peers.
